I appreciate you wanting to use my image however I'm not thrilled that you went ahead and did so without contacting me first. This is copyrighted material and needs to be purchased in order to be used. You didn't even bother to give me credit. So no this is in fact not acceptable. If everyone went around using my images for free I'd have no income. I'm happy to let you use it but that will require payment and a photo credit. Until we straighten this out please put the credit up that says jared gruenwald photography and links to my website jaredgruenwald.com. Thank you
So the record is complete, Jared has now given me permission to use his photo on www.HearingShofar.blogspot.com. I heartily support the rights of copyright owners. I should have contacted him before posting the image and not relied on the after the fact notice.
